Refund policy

HEAVENLY VOWS wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Please email heavenlyvows@gmail.com with your return request within 7 days of the date your item was delivered.

The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage to returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sales that cannot be returned or exchanged.
